Figure plush is the hardest thing we make and the most rewarding. A character with armour panels, a visor, a weapon or layered clothing has to keep those elements readable once it is sewn from fabric and stuffed. That takes more pattern pieces, more sampling rounds, and a frank conversation about which details survive the translation and which are better simplified.
We use every technique available to hold detail: multi-panel 3D shaping for structure, embroidery for crisp linework, printing for gradients and fine artwork, and separately sewn components for parts that need to stand proud of the body. The goal is a plush a collector recognises instantly, not a soft blob in the right colours.

Figure plush questions
Can you work from a 3D model or game art?+
Yes, and it helps. A model sheet, turnaround or 3D render gives our pattern-makers the side and back views that a single front-facing illustration does not, which usually means fewer sampling rounds and a closer final result.
Will fine details survive being made in plush?+
Some will, some will not, and we will tell you which before you pay for a sample. Thin protrusions, sharp spikes and tiny facial features do not hold their shape once stuffed. There is usually a way to keep the character reading correctly — embroidering a detail rather than sewing it, or thickening a limb slightly — and we will propose those rather than silently changing your design.
Can figures include accessories or removable parts?+
Yes — capes, weapons, hats and removable outfits are all routine. Each added component is quoted separately, and for toys aimed at young children we will flag any part that would fail small-parts safety testing.
