Are you a real plush factory or a trading company?+
We are the manufacturer. Bella (Dongguan Bella Toys Co., Ltd.) owns and operates its custom plush factory in Houjie Town, Dongguan, where cutting, sewing, embroidery, stuffing, QC and packing all happen in house. That is why our pricing is factory-direct and our sampling is fast.
What is your monthly production capacity?+
Our lines handle 100,000+ pieces per month. Bulk orders typically take 25–35 days after sample approval. Peak season ahead of Christmas and Lunar New Year books up early, so it is worth reserving capacity well before your deadline.
Can I visit your plush factory in Dongguan?+
You are welcome to. We are at No.8, Xinan Road, Houjie Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong. Message us on WhatsApp or WeChat and we will arrange a tour of the production lines and showroom. If you cannot travel, we will walk you through the factory by video call instead.
How do you control quality?+
Quality control runs at several stages rather than only at the end: incoming fabric inspection, in-line checks during sewing and stuffing, and a final inspection before packing. We verify stitching strength, filling weight, embroidery placement, and that no small parts can come loose.
Which safety standards can you meet?+
We manufacture to EN71 (Europe), ASTM F963 (USA) and CPSIA requirements using non-toxic fabrics and fillings. Third-party lab testing can be arranged for your order so you hold the reports customs and retailers ask for.
How do you ship, and to which countries?+
By sea for bulk orders, and by air or express courier when you are working to a deadline. We have shipped custom plush to 30+ countries across North America, Europe, Asia and Oceania, and can either work with your freight forwarder or arrange delivery ourselves.
