Keychains are the cheapest way to test a character. Because they use little fabric and little filling, the unit cost sits far below a full-size plush at the same order quantity, which is why so many brands launch a character as a keychain first and scale up once they know it sells.
The hardware is part of the design. Split rings, lobster clasps, ball chains, wrist straps and bag clips each change how the piece is carried and displayed, and they are quoted separately so you can see what every option costs. For retail we can also supply header cards and blind-box packaging.

Plush keychain questions
How small can a plush keychain be?+
Most sit between 8 and 15 cm. Below roughly 8 cm, embroidered facial detail starts to lose definition and the piece stops reading clearly at arm's length, so we will usually suggest simplifying the design rather than shrinking it further.
Can you produce blind-box or gachapon-style sets?+
Yes — blind-box sets are one of the most popular formats we make: a series of designs in identical outer packaging. Bear in mind that each design in the series counts separately toward the 100-piece MOQ.
How much does a custom plush keychain cost?+
It depends on size, fabric, detail and quantity, but keychains sit at the bottom of our price range. Send your artwork and we will come back with a costed breakdown at two or three quantity tiers rather than a single number.
