A mascot plush has a harder job than an ordinary stuffed toy: it has to be recognisably yours. That usually comes down to two things — colour accuracy and the proportions of the face. We colour-match to Pantone references where you have them, and we will iterate the head shape until it reads as your character rather than a generic animal in your brand colours.
Logos, wordmarks and uniform details are embroidered or printed depending on how fine they are. Embroidery is more durable and has real texture; printing handles gradients and small type that thread cannot hold. Many mascots use both, and we will tell you which parts belong in which.

Can you match our exact brand colours?+
Send Pantone references and we will match the plush fabric as closely as dyed pile allows, then show you the match on the physical sample before bulk. Where an exact match is not achievable in that fabric we will say so up front and show you the nearest options, rather than quietly substituting.
We need these for an event — how fast can you produce them?+
A sample takes 7–10 days after the design is confirmed, then bulk production runs 25–35 days, plus shipping. Air freight can compress the tail end. Tell us the event date when you ask for a quote and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.
Do you keep our mascot design confidential?+
Yes. We never resell or reuse a customer's design, and we are happy to sign an NDA before you share any files. The pattern and embroidery file stay on record for your reorders only.
